The Phatman dual 12ax7 pure vacuum tube overdrive pedal offers a wide range of distortion and is eq'd to coax serious bass and top end sizzle out of your amp. We designed the Phatman to add 4 stages of gain to your amplifier. From a subtle blues overdrive, to power crunch chords and blistering leads, the Phatman is a versatile tone machine. The tone controls accentuate the bass and treble frequencies on your amp, as well as add overall muscle and girth to your tone. The preamp tubes are easily accessed by removing the two thumbscrews on top of the tube shield. The Phatman is a fully functional preamp overdrive pedal that emulates our award winning amplifier
